Stop and Smell the Roses

I love looking at these pictures of my girls ... with all the craziness that is going on in our lives, they still act like kids picking flowers and not worrying about what tomorrow brings. This is a great reminder to slow down and take time to smell the roses.

I love pictures of kids being kids. And I would guess that a lot of the craziness in your life has to do with making sure they get to continue simple things like picking wild flowers. And breathing free.

It's hardest during a deployment, isn't it. To stop and notice the small pleasures. Your girls are lovely!

Those are really cute pics. It's so great that kids are able to show us how to slow down isn't it?

Rejoice that they are ABLE to be free, to live their childhood in abandon, gloriously finding peace...because of those who help assure we have peace on our shores.
Awesome post!

Don't you wish that the whole world could catch the pleasure of that kind of simple peace? It would be such a better place.

Beautiful photos of a day that looks to have been a great memory maker.
