If I Had a Super Power ....

I love Heros and after watching last weeks episode I started thinking that if I had to choose which Hero's power I wanted and what I would do with it, Who would I choose? I have ALOT of free time on my hands these days.

It wasn't a hard choice to make I want Peter's power of Empathy he can absorb any power he comes in contact with who wouldn't want that power? I could do so many things with all the powers that Peter has for instance by seeing the future I could win the lottery and be rich that way my favorite soldier could retire. I could save a ton on gas there for doing my part on cutting down the emissions emitted by my car by being able to fly and teleport where ever I needed to go. I would never have to go to the Dr again cause I'd be able to self heal and use my blood to heal any one who's sick. I would never have to ask for help moving again because I would have super strength so I could move everything by myself - and since I love to move my friends would be very grateful. I would never overstay my welcome any where or ask my friends to do something they didn't want to do if I could read thoughts ... I would be the most considerate friend ever. If I wanted to disappear for a while I could become invisible and go about my day.

As you can see I would use my powers for good and if the world needed me to save the cheerleader to save the world I would. Go take my poll and tell me which Hero you want to be, and don't forget to leave me a comment and tell me what super power you want and why.

Give Aways!

So I visted Michelle's blog and she told everyone to go to MamaKats cause shes giving away a vacuum! Now I was a little confused cause I know Michelle likes to win and by telling others to go over and enter to win is just one more person for her to lose to is just so out of character for her so I knew there had to be a catch. I read on further and sure enough there was a catch but a good one she gets extra entries just for telling other people about the give away.

So now I am telling all of you to head over to Mamakats and enter to win that vacuum so I can get extra entries too. I would love to have a second vacuum so I dont have to lug my vacuum up and down my stairs, cause Im not above admitting IM LAZY and dont really want to get strong muscles. Not to mention the last time I had to lug my Kirby back up stairs I pulled a muscle in my back and it hurt for a week this give away could end all of those problems for me.

So hurry and go enter because I'm not sure when the deadline is!

Have You Forgotten?

September 11, 2001 is a day our country can not forget ... I hope you take atleast a minute today to remember those who lost thier lives and the families that were forever changed that day. Take time to remember what our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, & Marines are fighting for and say a prayer that they make it home safely to thier loved ones.

Taytons Mom

On Sunday night the girls and I went to see Bowling for Soup and ZZ Top. Bowling for Soup was awesome they were very personable and interacted with the crowds they were funny and in the middle of song they would stop and start talking to the crowd cracking jokes, they put on a GREAT show. They sang all our favorites High School Never Ends, 1985, Almost, Come Back to Texas, but they forgot to sing one song and I know how terribly upset it made Michelle that they didnt sing Stacy's Mom. Michelles kids really think the name of the song is called Taytons mom (I wonder where they got that idea from?) They laugh cause they think its funny and probably cool that they say Tayton in the song. So heres to you Taytons Mom!

Ok so in my search for this video I have found out the reason Bowling for Soup didnt sing this at the concert they dont sing it but since Michelle and I both thought they did right up until a few minutes ago I going to dedicate it to her anyways.
